  • don’t express gratitude only when you feel it. Give thanks especially when you don’t feel like it
  • if you don’t have 20 minutes to meditate, you need two hours

  • make gratitude a routine, independent of how you feel
  • express gratitude daily to somebody, colleagues, friends, write letters, e-mails and say thank  you
